Flexibility

Exercise and activities that lengthen and stretch muscles can help prevent injuries, back pain and balance problems.

A muscle that is well-stretched is more supple and more easily achieves its full range of motion to improve athletic performance and day-to-day daily tasks such as bending and reaching.

By undertaking exercises and workouts that improve your flexibility you are likely to experience fewer injuries as your body will be more supple and stronger, less pain when your muscles are looser and less tense, your posture is likely to improve as your body is better aligned and corrects any imbalances, you’ll become physically and mentally stronger.

There are many classes to choose from which will help you improve your overall flexibility.  Simply look out for the Flexibility icon when exploring our classes.
